Methods for use: Inhalation: Diffuse or inhale directly. Also popular for use with diffuser jewelry.

Topical: Add 1 - 2 ml in 4 ounces in natural lotion or body oil.

Contains: Pure Cedarwood Hiimalayan (Cedrus deodara), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), Ylany Ylang 2nd (Canaga odorata genuina) and Red Mandarin (Citrus reticulata var mandarin)  therapeutic essential oils.
