Refunds, Returns, Quality Assurance

TIMELESS Essential Oils is proud of our high quality products, and stands behind them. Our goal is to provide you with products that you will love.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Ramona@TimelessEssentialOils.com so we may assist you. We will make every effort to reach a satisfactory solution.

Please note that if there is a warranty claim on an electronic item such as a diffuser, warranties are handled by the manufacturers.

Unopened or unused items returned in unaltered condition may be returned within 30 days for replacement, or a refund or store credit of full purchase price minus shipping.  For returns after 30 days, we will offer replacement or store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.  If returning items, please see the guidelines below, and contact us before shipping so that we may assist you in the process. Defective or damaged items will be replaced. Clearance items are final sale, and may not be returned.

Guidelines for Product Returns

1) Please contact us at Ramona@TimelessEssentialOils.com so we may assist you in the return process.

2) Return item(s) with all components in original packaging, if possible.

3) Please include a copy of your invoice, an explanation of the defect or problem, an email address for communications, and the address to send replacement, refund or store credit, if it differs from the address on the invoice.

4) Wrap items well to minimize the risk of damage en route.

5) Send via UPS, FedEx or USPS, and be sure to comply with shipping restrictions if you are sending hazardous materials.

6) Make sure there is tracking on your package. We can not make refunds on items that are not received.
