Distillate Waters are also referred to as Hydrosols or Floral Waters, and are the by-product of distillation in the manufacture of essential oils. Valuable plant compounds left behind in the distillation process are available in the distillate waters. Growing Practices: Flower petals are harvested from trees that are cultivated without chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

Properties: Antibacterial, antidepressant, anti-fungal, antispasmodic, astringent, calming, sedative, toner for the skin
Uses: Most commonly used in the care of sensitive, oily skin and acne. Use sparingly with dry skin (20% in combination with Geranium, Lavender or Rose Waters). Use in a facial mask with honey and clay. Can simply be used as a refreshing body spray or light perfume.
Neroli is calming for both children and adults, and is effective in helping individuals with ADHD to focus. Useful in cases of sudden shock. Provides emotional support during abstention from addictive substances and detoxification, including smoking cessation. Quickly reduces caffeine jitters and the effects of overindulgence.
Combined with Rock Rose and Oregano or Thyme, Neroli Water is beneficial in the treatment of thrush. As a digestive aid, it helps relieve heartburn and reflux. Applied to the abdomen or acupuncture digestive points, can help relieve bloating, gas, cramps and constipation. Used in cooking for sweets, jams and beverages.
