Plant description : Botanical family : Myrtaceae Eucalyptus Lemon tree is indigenous to Australia, Madagascar and Vietnam, but now grown extensively in South Africa, parts of South America, Egypt, India and Indonesia. It has a smooth, pale somewhat mottled bark and highly fragrant, long narrow green leaves which smell strongly like lemons.

Growing Practices : Organically farmed. Leaves are tested for purity after harvest.

Uses / Benefits : Widely used as a natural insect repellent. Recommended for relief of sore throat, asthma and laryngitis. Helpful for management of athlete's foot, dandruff, minor skin cuts. (Battaglia, 2003)
