Rose is a prickly shrub native to Europe and Western Asia. It grows to 8 feet in height, produces dark green glossy leaves and highly fragrant flowers.

History / Fun Facts : Approximately 4000 kg of rose flowers are used to produce 1 kg of rose essential oil. Rose is one of the most complex essential oils known, containing over 300 chemical compounds.
