Uses / Benefits

Helps relieve muscular and joint pain related to arthritis. Calming, helps relieve stress. Beneficial in the treatment of asthma, recommended for catarrhal (mucus producing) conditions of the respiratory tract. Also used for making natural perfumes.

Topical: massage, compress, ointments and balms
